Are you a passionate Barista with a flair for delivering exceptional coffee and top-tier customer service? Excel Recruitment are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our temporary staffing team, supporting a range of premium clients across Dublin.As part of our hospitality agency, you’ll have the flexibility to work across a variety of locations including offices, events, and hospitality venues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys variety in their workday.Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Operate coffee machines and grinders with confidence
Follow health and safety and food hygiene standards
Work as part of a team or independently, depending on the assignment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 6 months preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to adapt to different working environments
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
