Client Profile: Semi StateOur client is a semi state body with operations throughout Ireland, they are seeking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead the team and driving business performance working closely with the Senior Leadershop Team. This is a high profile role taking full ownership of the finance function, leading the team and ensuring efficiency within the function.Position: Head of FinanceThis is an integral part of the Senior Management Team overseeing all aspects of finance of a key part of the business.Duties will include:

Lead and develop Finance team
Financial and Management Reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
In depth financial analysis of performance
Review and improve internal controls
All aspects of year end and external audit management
Ad hoc reporting as required
Projects for streamlining and improving processes
Review and improve systems in place

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years PQE ideally
Experience of leading and developing Finance team
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in the use of finance ERP systems
