To learn more, visit us at .#LI-HybridJob DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and execution focused Product Management Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our Reporting Solutions Product function, utilizing the Workiva platform. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and working cross functionally with internal stakeholders, clients and Workiva to deliver scalable, high impact solutions for reporting.QualificationsObjectives and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, implementation and optimization of the Workiva platform and associated reporting solution functions at MUFG Investor Services.
  • Responsible for advising best practices and providing Subject Matter expertise around the platform as applied to Fund Administration reporting, financial statement preparation, and ad-hoc reporting use cases.
  • Be a business solution owner for applications within Private Equity, Real Assets and Hedge Fund/Fund of Hedge Fund operating models and provide Subject Matter Expert level support
  • Providing Solution architecture (organizing data, flow, tables, actions, etc.) and developing reporting models in accordance to requirements provided by the Business. Facilitating all steps of roll out from development to testing/production release.
  • Train and develop additional members to build a reporting solutions team.
  • Engage and support the business development process with regards to conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept demonstrations, proposing target operating model and discussing offering with prospects and clients
  • Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • More than 7 years’ relevant experience with a strong understanding of Private Equity, Real Asset or Hedge markets and fund operations (Fund structures, NAV process, Capital activity, fee calcs, etc.)
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and/or report building platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Workiva platform and tools (preferred)
  • Client-focused mindset, problem solving and solution oriented, delivering superior customer results.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results.
