Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth execution from consultation to completion.
• Coordinate home energy upgrades, including assessments, SEAI grant applications, contractor scheduling, follow-up BERs, and financing options.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct site assessments, including attic and high-area access.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
• Oversee multiple projects, proactively addressing challenges and keeping stakeholders informed.

• Strong knowledge of construction and energy retrofit practices.
• Proven project management experience in construction, energy solutions, or home improvement.
• Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (e.g., attics).
• Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel.
