- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support Heads of Department and Duty Managers, ensuring effective management across all teams.
- Monitor and enhance service delivery, guest satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with HR.
- Manage cost control, payroll, and departmental budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards across the hotel.
- Drive sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Oversee planning and execution of major events, weddings, and conferences.
- Handle guest relations, including feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Foster strong internal communication through management meetings and daily coordination.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Deputy GM, Operations Manager or similar senior operations role within a quality four-star property.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational success.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver results.
