Responsibilities:
- Analysing and understanding the business processes
- Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements
- Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
- Building the solutions to improve internal processes and enhance client delivery
- Playing a key role in providing technology improvement reviews to find automation opportunities that can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
- Participating in the ongoing development of technology plans and strategy
- Providing clear progress status updates to stakeholders
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of process automation
- Ensuring delivery of high quality output through best practice testing methodology
- Documenting automation procedures and development based activities
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Technology (e.g. SQL Server, PowerApps, SharePoint)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in robotics process automation software, preferably Automation Anywhere
- Third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related field
- An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
- Track record of delivering automation projects with high business impact using various technologies
- Project management skills
- Self-starter with ability to use initiative and to priorities with excellent time management
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge in VBA, advanced excel, AI, OCR and other emerging technologies
