- Spend a minimum of x full working day per month with each salesperson.
- Use these days to provide hands-on coaching and work toward specific, agreed-upon objectives.
- Team Meetings & Training
- Organise and lead regular monthly team meetings.
- Ensure meetings are informative, goal-oriented, and include product training aligned with Company and Divisional activities.
- Monthly One-to-One Reviews
- Conduct effective monthly 1:1 meetings with each team member.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide discussions and track progress.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with your sales team, senior management, and other departments.
- Responsiveness & Follow-Up
- Ensure all team and customer enquiries or requests are handled promptly and professionally, with appropriate follow-up actions.
- Competitive Salary with additional incentives offered throughout the year (OTE €75,000pa)
