- Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close
- Actively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth
- Work collaboratively with peers and share best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members
- Take ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset
- Represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in a SaaS/MarTech environment
- Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail
- Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders
- Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented - you thrive on exceeding targets
