Location: Raheen, LimerickHours of Work: Monday to Friday 2.30 pm to 9pm, flexibility required as there may be weekend work on occasions (30 hours per week)Rate of pay: €17 per hourKey Responsibilities
  • Managing workflows and paper work
  • Training new and existing staff
  • Creating and managing team schedules
  • Reporting to Site Manager
  • Evaluating performance and providing feedback
  • Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
  • Assisting staff with daily tasks where necessary
Skills & Experience needed
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is a requirement
