Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.For our site in Dublin, Ireland we are looking forBusiness Development AnalystBusiness Developement Analyst provides commercial Customer service to the business, ensures transparent and accurate information is documented and provided to the business and our customer, provides project management support cross-functionally within the Business Unit and customer teams and partners for assigned business and our customer.Key Responsibilities and End Results:Track & report weekly on Sales Order Status. Provides timely and accurate information on incoming open Customer orders, in-transit and delivered orders.Monitoring Business (KPI’s) key performance indicators.Process Customer orders / change modification / re-assignments according to established policies and procedures. Working with Logistics Partners to co-ordinate re-assignment order delivery.Works closely with Finance Team to track and maintain Accounts Receivable according to contract terms.Interface with Operations, Engineering & Quality to provide timely feedback regarding product service Quality failures or customer concerns.Perform data aggregation and reporting activities in areas key to the success of the business unit, including but not limited to performance metrics.Participate in supporting new developments, initiatives and activities, and coordinate/communicate with several areas throughout the Business Unit (globally or regionally) on Customer issues.Continually evaluate and clearly understand the current reporting processes and tools to determine their ability to meet the department’s business needs with a focus on report automation.Create and manage BU project timelines, track tasks, deliverables, and publish meeting minutes.Partners with Business Development and/or Sales representatives to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations.Prepare and participate in weekly and monthly Customer Business Reviews.Manage communications and status updates in a professional, consistent, timely manner ensuring clarity and accuracy of the information.Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open and interactive communication.Provides general administrative support to assigned Business Unit.Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.Skills and abilitiesHighly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detailHighly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detailEssential criteriaBS/BA degree in Business Studies / Finance with 1-2 years’ experience working as a Business/Commercial Analyst or a similar role is required. May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.Advanced computer skills with MS Office particularly excel with the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
