Role: Personal Injury Claims HandlerLocation: Dublin West – HybridInjury Claims handler wanted for Insurance Group-Dublin WestAbrivia Recruitment are seeking a driven individual to join our client’s team as a Personal Injury Claims Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor injury claims for both insurance companies and large, self-insured clients, all while collaborating within a team structure.Your primary objective will be to oversee claims from initiation to closure, negotiate settlements with solicitors, engage with clients, brokers, and insurers, and ultimately bring claims to a successful and cost-effective resolution.Your Role:

Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury motor claims from inception to closure.
Assess the application of policy indemnity across diverse policies under various underwriters.
Conduct desk-based investigations into liability or engage investigators when necessary.
Instruct solicitors and oversee cases through the Court process as required.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all client and third-party interactions.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant statutes and case law, applying this knowledge effectively.
Cultivate relationships with external clients and stakeholders.

Your Skills:

Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Capacity to manage workload independently.
Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in IT, with a bonus for Excel expertise.
APA qualification in General Insurance or higher.
