Despite market changes, the company has shown strong, consistent growth, offering long-term stability and job security.Your mission:Lead the design and development of backend frameworks and reusable componentsDefine coding standards and best practices across the teamGuide and mentor a team of experienced Java developersOversee integration of internal and vendor systems in a real-time trading environmentYou have:+7 years hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot)Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, order flow, and exposure to multiple asset classes (e.g. equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX)Experience with Kafka and SQL * Your are based in DublinBenefits:competitive salary, €12K annual bonus, private health insurance, pension plan, and life insurance.
