The role offers structured training and mentoring, with exposure to low-code/no-code tools, data analysis, and emerging legal technologies.You will collaborate closely with legal applications specialists, lawyers, IT teams, and external suppliers in a supportive, fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration, configuration, and maintenance of legal and AI applicationsAssist with issue logging, first-line support, testing, and system updatesContribute to the development of internal applications and prototypesSupport legal workflow mapping and process automation initiativesAssist with project delivery, documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communicationsSkills, Experience & QualificationsStrong interest in legal service delivery and how technology can enhance itExposure to development concepts, automation, or data tools through study, internships, or self-directed learningAbility to learn and apply AI and legal technology platforms quicklyStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential; Power Platform/Power BI desirable)Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Python or JavaScript)Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learnQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related analytical disciplineAcademic or project experience demonstrating interest in technology, automation, or solution development
