- Preparation and processing of weekly payroll and maintenance of records
- Responsible for orderly organising and filing of all documentation pertaining to the department and any GDPR requirements
- Ensuring timely completion and filing of all returns required by Revenue, CSO, etc.
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing
- Logging, monitoring and reporting on production output and stock management
- Monitoring and reporting KPI's to management and other departments and preparation of various reports
- Processing and acknowledging sales orders and preparing shipping documentation
- General office duties including data entry, placing purchase orders, telephone and reception as needed
- 2+ years' experience in accounts-based positions.
- Solid experience in using bookkeeping software.
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
