- Lead the full marketing agenda across brand, growth, and channels.
- Define clear positioning for the brand competing locally and internationally, and translate strategy into day-to-day execution that drives awareness, demand, and revenue.
- Own customer acquisition and retention across paid, owned, and earned channels (including paid social, search, email, influencers, and partnerships).
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and partners directly, with clear responsibility for all metrics.
- Work in close collaboration with product, retail, and commercial to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across e-commerce, stores, and wholesale.
- Ensure launches, promotions, and seasonal moments are aligned and executed consistently across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure go-to-market plans for new collections and hero products are aligned with product. From briefing and messaging to channel execution.
- Ensure each range lands clearly, credibly, and on brand.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small in-house team, setting clear priorities, goals, and accountability.
- Create focus in a fast-moving environment by making smart trade-offs on what to do, when, and where to invest.
- Be relentlessly data-driven and action-oriented
- Continuously assess performance closely across brand and growth metrics, using insights to continuously optimise campaigns, channels, and spend.
