- Deliver services in line with the goals and objectives of the CDNT and national guidelines for disability services.
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions consistent with the principles of the Children's Disability Network Teams.
- Support children with a range of complex needs in community settings.
- Embrace interdisciplinary teamwork and a family-centred approach, in line with the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme.
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
- CORU registration or eligibility to register.
- A minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience, ideally with a focus on paediatrics and supporting children with complex disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound clinical judgement.
- Experience in clinical supervision and leadership is an advantage.
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
