You will be responsible for planning, coordination, and overall project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.Working closely with site managers, subcontractors, design teams, and clients, you will act as the central point of control, driving progress, managing risk, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will NeedProven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out or interior constructionStrong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and finishesExperience managing programmes, budgets, and subcontractor performanceExcellent organisational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and client expectationsCommercial awareness and strong problem-solving abilityRelevant construction or engineering qualificationStrong knowledge of health & safety and contract administrationWhat You Will Get in ReturnA competitive salary and benefits package reflective of experience (€85,000 to €95,000)Opportunity to deliver high-profile commercial fit-out projects in DublinA stable workload with a reputable and growing contractorSupportive senior management and well-structured project teamsAutonomy to manage projects while being backed by experienced leadershipClear career progression and long-term development opportunities
