This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, assisting senior management in cost control, valuations, and contract administration.

Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, payments, and contractual details.
Cost Control & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, and tracking project budgets and variations.
Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
