- You will oversee a portfolio of trade settlement clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery in line with agreed service levels
- You will manage and develop a team of Loan Settlement Analysts and Senior Loan Settlement Analysts, monitoring quality, efficiency, and workload allocation
- You will act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for trade settlements, supporting teams and clients with issue resolution
- You will proactively liaise with clients, counterparties, agents, and treasury teams to ensure smooth settlement execution and funding readiness
- You will review, delegate, and sign off settlement activity, ensuring accurate system input, reporting, and month-end deliverables
- You will develop and enhance procedures and training materials, driving knowledge transfer, process improvement, and risk mitigation.

- You have a third-level qualification in Business or a related discipline and several years' experience in trade settlements, loan operations, or corporate lending
- You have strong working knowledge of trade settlement platforms and market tools such as ClearPar, Bloomberg, and loan administration systems (Allvue advantageous)
- You'll have experience with LSTA / LMA settlement markets (preferred)
- You have experience managing or supporting teams, with the ability to delegate effectively and maintain high quality standards
- You are highly organised with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse, input, and validate complex financial data
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- You bring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
