- Manage bid submissions and proposal documents for multidisciplinary engineering and architectural projects.
- Create high-impact layouts, visuals, and infographics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with senior management, technical leads, and marketing teams to prepare compelling submissions.
- Maintain bid trackers, CV libraries, and tender databases.
- Ensure proposals align with brand identity and showcase technical excellence.
- 3–6 years’ experience in bid coordination, proposals, or marketing.
- Strong creative and organisational skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience within engineering, architecture, or construction consultancy preferred.
