This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing leadership, focused on delivering complex technical solutions from the pre-sales stage through to delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful project deployment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.Support pre-sales activities, including the creation of sales presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Proof of Concepts.Collaborate with both external clients and internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA.Develop strong client relationships, provide clear status reports, and manage technical and operational issues proactively.Be comfortable with a hands-on approach and a willingness to go beyond a fixed job description to ensure project success.Facilitate project management best practices and ceremonies, including Agile/Scrum.Create and maintain essential documentation, from technical specifications to deployment plans.Skills and Experience:A blend of strong technical and project delivery experience.Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and management skills.An aptitude for problem-solving and a hunger to drive projects to a successful conclusion.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with clients across different time zones.A proven track record of delivering projects successfully, with a focus on practical experience and results over certifications.Experience with Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.Compensation:The role offers generous salary with an 8-10% bonus.Interested?
