Slieve Felim Project Ltd is is a Community Employment Scheme whose aim is to support unemployed people develop new/update existing skills through training, practical experience, work experience etc. The Slieve Felim Project covers the areas of Cappamore, Murroe, Boher, Doon, Pallasgreen and Oola and currently employee's approx. 28 employees who work in a variety of community related roles. Responsibilities to include: • Grass cutting and strimming • Maintaining all the green areas in Cappamore, Murroe & Boher • Sowing shrubs and flowers • Weeding of all public areas (spraying and hand picking) • Litter picking of all public areas • General building maintenance • Painting and general duties Skills/Competencies • Communication (team members, sponsors, members of the public) • Team Working • Attention to detail
