The Anglers Rest is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team.We are a multiple award winning Wedding venue, located in the Strawberry beds near Castleknock and the Phoenix Park in Dublin 15.This is a busy kitchen where our Chefs pride themselves in cooking from fresh.Who we are:https://theanglersrest.ie/Our Menu:https://theanglersrest.ie/menu/The ideal candidate for the role will have:

Haccp trained
Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
