- Call handling for the inbound IT support hotline
- Fully qualifying and processing incoming IT support tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client satisfaction levels
- Applying solutions, workarounds, patches and fixes
- Effective dispatch to the correct organisation and resolver group
- The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French
- Ideally 3rd Level Qualification - Certificate, Diploma or Degree in an IT related discipline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- A team player
- Availability for working some Public Holidays if required
- ITIL process knowledge would be beneficial
- Experience with using monitoring tools for incoming tickets
- Base salary of 32k
- Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)
