Van Driver (Warehouse & Transport Coordinator)

Terms: Full-time permanent, Monday-Friday, occasional flexibility required
Salary: €31,518 + Bonus, Overtime (up to €5k) & Tax Free SubsistanceJoin a fast-paced airfreight forwarding company where you’ll be the key link between customer orders, transport planning, and operational execution. Working in tandem with the Transport Manager, this is a site-based, hands-on role, combining warehouse support, driver scheduling, van driving and client communication. The position requires some out-of-hours and weekend work, so someone living close would be ideal for the required flexibility as follows;
- There is an element of shift work and weekend work involved.
- There are a couple of weeks in the year where the person would be required to work nights from 03.00 to 11.00 Hrs.
- Liaising with drivers by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Dealing with customers on transport-related issues
- Data processing shipments in our operating system (AZYRA)
- Printing labels and labelling different parcels and pallets
- Sorting, loading and unloading parcels and pallets
- Assisting in the warehouse
- Bringing freight to and from Dublin Airport
- From time to time there would be a requirement to drive a vans for urgent deliveries, this could be Dublin or to the country.
- Processing parts from our in-house FSL (Field Stock Location)
- Full, clean Category B driving licence and aged 25 or over (insurance requirement). International driving licence holders will not be considered.
- Min 2 years’ experience in logistics, transport coordination or airfreight
- Experience using Azyra FMS is ideal
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
- Good communication skills and confident liaising with drivers and clients.
- A forklift licence is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
