The position offers experience in credit analysis, management, and execution that is supported by a high-calibre team and has a strong focus on learning and development. Evaluate prospective investments by developing and testing financial models, performing detailed valuations and sensitivity analysis;
Identify new investment opportunities through market research and relationship development;
Present opportunities to the Investment Committee for review and approval;
Prepare new investment documents;
Perform due diligence, provide support in transaction structuring, and assist in negotiation processes;
Oversee existing investments, including trading performance analysis, and ensuring covenant adherence and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Finance professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent)
Experience in investment, lending or a related financial role
Degree in finance, mathematics or related field
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
