Senior Security Operations RoleAbout the RoleWe are working with a global organisation undergoing significant growth and investment in its cyber security function. They are seeking an experienced Security Operations Professional to lead critical initiatives across identity, cloud, data, vulnerability, and SOC operations.This is a senior leadership role with executive visibility, offering the chance to shape enterprise security strategy, oversee major technology platforms, and manage a high-performing operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Security Operations & Incident Response, including 24/7 SOC monitoring and escalation.Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM / PAM), including CyberArk deployments.Drive Vulnerability & Patch Management using Qualys.Lead enterprise Cloud and Network Security strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP, microsegmentation).Implement and manage Data Security & DLP policies (Microsoft DLP).Contribute to security governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.Mentor teams, manage vendors, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.What We're Looking For10+ years' progressive experience in cybersecurity and security operations.Strong expertise across at least 5 of the following 8 domains:Security Operations & Incident ResponseIdentity & Access Management (IAM / PAM)Vulnerability ManagementCloud SecurityNetwork SecurityData Security / DLPEmail SecurityGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Qualys, Illumio, Microsoft Security solutions.Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor-specific) highly desirable.For more info contact Seamus at Reperio or apply through the link Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
