Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesServisource, part of the Cpl Group, are now seeking to recruit a Copywriter/Content Writer to join our Marketing team.The potential candidate will be primarily responsible for writing and publishing various content for our company's websites, social media channels, internal business units and Bids team. Copywriter / Content Writer responsibilities include assisting on all BID Content as well as implementing the Content Strategy.To be successful in this role, the potential candidate will have experience with crafting diverse content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and bid documents, while also demonstrating a strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Duties of the role will include but not limited to:· Collaboration with business owners on the creation of bid content· Research international industry-related topics· Bid library auditing and updating where required· Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms· Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and services for the UK· Edit and proofread written pieces before publication· Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content· Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics· Coordinate with our marketing design team to illustrate articles· Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion, bounce rates, LTV etc)· Update our websites as neededRequirements· Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role· BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field· Portfolio of published articles (desired)· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.· Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)· Experience with SEO· Experience in eTenders is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided· Excellent writing and editing skills in the English language· Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces· Excellent attention to detail, organisational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.About UsServisource, part of the Cpl Group, is a leading provider of high quality and innovative recruitment, care, and support services, with over 20 years' experience across a number of sector specialitiesWith over 140 employees in 8 offices across Ireland and the United Kingdom in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Belfast, London, and Bradford, we provide a local and personal service with a national and international reach.
