Regulatory Risk & Compliance Senior Associate - Dublin - Financial Services AdvisoryA leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Advisory team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major financial institutions as they navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. If you are passionate about compliance, risk frameworks, and helping organisations respond strategically to regulatory change, this role offers exposure to high-impact advisory projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.About the TeamThe Financial Services Advisory practice supports organisations across banking, insurance, asset & wealth management, and payments. The team partners with clients to strengthen governance, enhance compliance frameworks, and implement practical solutions aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.The RoleAs a Senior Associate, you will work alongside experienced advisors to deliver strategic regulatory and risk solutions. You will contribute to projects that shape how financial institutions manage compliance, engage with regulators, and embed sustainable risk frameworks.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and enhancement of compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Advise financial services clients on regulatory change and implementation programmes
  • Assist with large-scale remediation and transformation initiatives
  • Interpret and implement new and emerging regulations
  • Review and assess client documentation within a regulatory context
  • Support firms through regulatory authorisation and market entry processes
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership publications
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality advisory outcomes
About You
  • Degree qualified; recognised compliance qualification advantageous
  • 3+ years' experience in a compliance or regulatory advisory role within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Irish financial services conduct regulation and governance requirements
  • Experience supporting regulatory change or transformation projects desirable
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
