Minimum of 2 years experience as a Doc: NCC01 Revision No: 2 03-02-2015 Commis Chef required. Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines in a Chinese cuisine. Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required. Experience in Chinese cuisine required. Knowledge of HACCP required.
