- Manage the accounts payable email inbox, promptly responding to business and supplier inquiries.
- Process supplier invoices into the accounting software, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.
- Reconcile supplier statements and match Inventory Purchase Orders to invoices.
- Post employee expenses into the accounting software and prepare invoices for weekly payment runs.
- Raise monthly sales invoices for retail customers and reconcile customer accounts.
- Post daily bank transactions, match payments to invoices, and reconcile bank accounts weekly.
- Assist in continuously improving financial processes and implementing best practices.
- A degree in accountancy and finance or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (and/or Google Sheets).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- An eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
