Graduate Finance Assistant – Dublin City Centre / HybridOur client, a leading company in the digital health sector specialising in men’s wellness solutions, is expanding its Dublin office team. They are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in accountancy and finance to kickstart their career in a forward-thinking company committed to addressing men’s health concerns.Your Role

Manage the accounts payable email inbox, promptly responding to business and supplier inquiries.
Process supplier invoices into the accounting software, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.
Reconcile supplier statements and match Inventory Purchase Orders to invoices.
Post employee expenses into the accounting software and prepare invoices for weekly payment runs.
Raise monthly sales invoices for retail customers and reconcile customer accounts.
Post daily bank transactions, match payments to invoices, and reconcile bank accounts weekly.
Assist in continuously improving financial processes and implementing best practices.

Your Skills

A degree in accountancy and finance or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel (and/or Google Sheets).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
An eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
