The development involves the construction of a new Applied Science & IT Building, delivered under a model. The project includes a five-storey reinforced concrete structure with labs, lecture theatres, computer rooms, and rooftop plant — as well as extensive external works, landscaping, and car/cycle parking facilities. With a programme extending through to 2027 and further works likely, this is a long-term opportunity with a very strong Contractor.Salary & Benefits

- Oversee all daily on-site operations and sequencing of works
- Monitor subcontractor productivity and quality against programme
- Maintain detailed site records including manpower and progress notes
- Assist in tracking project milestones and material/equipment usage
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are maintained
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct site operatives
- Attend client and internal project team meetings as required
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and workflow on site
- Support plant, equipment, and site logistics management
- 4+ years' experience as a General Foreperson / Site Foreman
- Proven experience on medium to large-scale building projects
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete frames and M&E coordination
- Excellent time management and site supervision skills
- Confident communicator with leadership ability on-site
- Fluent English and full eligibility to work in Ireland
- Irish or UK experience highly advantageous
