- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Methodology Application: Utilise methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to implement successful changes and drive results.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training on new processes and methodologies to ensure adoption and sustainability.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes and continuously improve processes based on data and feedback.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
- Hoshin / Strategy Deployment: Facilitate top-down initiatives into defined projects across the plant footprint; train Plant Managers and CI Managers to cascade into their sites.
- Program Oversight: Maintain overall program management, report writing, and project tracking.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to drive the right behaviours through a systematic approach, setting teams up for success.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record within Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement roles.
- Experience in leading and supporting PDCA, DMAIC problem solving, project management, and facilitation of kaizen events.
