- The health centres within this area include Balally PCC, Ballinteer PCC, Churchtown PCC, Leopardstown PCC, Donnybrook PCC, Ranelagh PCC and Irishtown PCC and Baggot Street.
- The CRGN supports the Public Health Nurse in the community completing both clinical tasks and assessments of clients ( 18 and 65 years of age) both in the clinic and within the clients home.
- Acute or community experience preferable
- Adult care including dressings /wound care in the home
- Full time Part time considered
- Immediate start
- Car essential as successful candidate will be expected to travel within the community
- Also looking for midwives to support the Public Health Nurses visiting the new mothers and babies up to 6 weeks.
