- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support F&B teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Analyse financial performance, control departmental costs, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure menus, pricing, and promotions are competitive and commercially effective.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sales team on product development, events, and packages.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards across all F&B areas.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational and service excellence.
- Champion staff training, recognition, and development to build an engaged, high-performing team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as DOFB, Operations Manager or equivalent role within a luxury four-star property with significant F&B/C&B business.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving revenue and cost targets.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to innovate, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
