
Commercial Executive

- Assist in coordinating responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Help prepare client facing proposal documents
- Track submission timelines and ensure documents are delivered on time
- Support the preparation and management of commercial agreements
- Help maintain an organised repository of documents and ensure records are up to date
- File all documentation in line with internal processes
- Proofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Support the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) are used effectively
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider commercial team
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous (desirable not essential)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- An exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
