The Role:

Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
