Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation).Ensure system stability, resolve user issues, maintain data integrity, and optimize configurations for daily use.Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with HR and IT to align system functions with strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.Identify system enhancement opportunities, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and support testing during release cycles.
