- Evaluate business and client requirements in order to design and oversee the development of new solutions to support expansion and growth.
- Develop innovative solutions across the entire Investment Solutions value proposition from initial investment strategy design, ongoing implementation, through to client reporting and engagement, and always using a practical and commercial lens.
- Facilitate Sales, Business development and Client service as a centre of excellence across the full suite of solutions, including input into RFPs, internal governance approvals, commercial prioritization and decision making, client, market, and product queries.
- Work directly with clients to understand their investment needs with the ability to translate those requirements across teams to enable seamless implementation.
- Collaborate across teams including portfolio management, operations, legal, compliance, project management & sales and contribute to overall thinking on our solution set.
- Develop and maintain product, market and segment intelligence to assist in solution design.
- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of a comprehensive Investment Solutions value proposition strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Good experience in an investment management, consulting or investment operations related role.

- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Actuarial Studies, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science or similar discipline is desirable or relevant post graduate experience.
