Branch Manager - KilkennyA leading supplier of premium tiles and bathroom solutions is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead its flagship showroom in Kilkenny.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-end, design-led retail space and drive its continued success. You will lead a dynamic team, enhance the customer experience, and play a key role in growing sales and profitability. If you are a confident leader with a passion for retail, design, and delivering results, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.Overall Purpose of the RoleThe Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators including sales, profitability, margins, stock management, customer service, health & safety, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily showroom operations in line with company procedures
  • Drive sales performance and maximise margins
  • Meet or exceed targets set by senior management
  • Analyse and manage branch P&L, including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Ensure the branch operates in a cost-efficient manner
  • Oversee in-store marketing and merchandising standards
  • Understand customer needs and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Manage stock control and inventory effectively
  • Maintain accurate administration and respond promptly to information requests
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members
  • Work collaboratively with HR when required
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies
Person SpecificationEssential:
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
Desirable:
  • Experience in the tile and/or sanitary ware industry
  • Bathroom or kitchen design experience
