- Support a portfolio of projects by delivering core PMO services including reporting, governance, and documentation oversight.
- Maintain and track RAID logs, resource allocations, project plans, milestones, and budget positions across programmes.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial updates, forecasting data, and portfolio summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities follow the organisation's project control frameworks, including initiation, governance checkpoints, and project closure processes.
- Oversee end-to-end resource management, including raising resource requests, managing onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.
- Produce high-quality management information such as delivery dashboards and compliance reporting to support decision-making.
- Analyse project and programme data to highlight risks, gaps, or budgetary issues, and work with delivery teams to resolve them.
- Act as a key contact for the Clarity PPM tool, supporting colleagues and resolving tool-related queries.
- Assist project and programme managers with ad hoc PMO and project support tasks as required.
- 3+ years' experience in a PMO Analyst, Junior Project Manager, or similar delivery support role.
- Experience working within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies across both Waterfall and Agile.
- Hands-on experience with key PMO tools including Clarity, Power BI, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent financial awareness, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and present clear insights.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and bring structure and clarity across multiple workstreams.
- Experience supporting large transformation programmes or multi-project portfolios.
- Exposure to improving or refining PMO processes, frameworks, or governance models.
- Understanding of enterprise-scale financial or resource management environments.
