- Prospect and engage new clients via outbound calls
- Identify business needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutions
- Close deals and drive new revenue
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Manage and onboard a portfolio of new clients
- Develop and optimize PPC campaigns for long-term success
- Increase client investment through upselling and performance improvements
- Build strong, long-term relationships and reduce churn
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and strong English (C1)
- Around 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and managing pipelines
- Results-driven mindset and proactive attitude
- Understanding of the Benelux market and business culture
- Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and ROI
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client needs
