- Build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders in your client group, ensuring a full understanding of key business and people issues that will enable the provision of expert input to the business
- Engage in resource planning with the key stakeholders to ensure an effective recruitment and selection plan is in place
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure we can attract, recruit and onboard high calibre, motivated candidates in a timely manner to meet business needs. Nurture our “promote from within” culture to foster an engaged workforce, while delivering a strong employer brand in the marketplace.
- Key involvement in employee engagement, employee wellness and culture
- Coach business leaders and line managers on the application of HR tools and processes to ensure effective organisation design effectiveness, optimum employee performance, clear talent development focus, improved employee engagement and the delivery of a robust employee experience
- Maintain and embed a people value proposition that enables the organisation to attract, develop and retain talent that's meets capacity and capability requirements
