Catering Assistant – LimerickWe are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Catering Assistant to support busy catering operations in Limerick. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service who is available to work Monday to Friday (up to 40hours per week) and can deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Operate tills and handle transactions accurately when required
Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, service, and dining areas
Support the catering team with daily operations to ensure smooth service
Adhere to all HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in a catering or food service role
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Good understanding of food hygiene standards
HACCP and Manual Handling certification required (training can be arranged)
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
