Resort Attendant

• Ensure all assigned public areas are consistently cleaned, sanitised, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Carry out daily cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and restocking supplies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms, changing areas, and other hygiene-sensitive zones.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of entrances, lobbies, hallways, recreational facilities, and outdoor common areas.
• Respond promptly to guest or management requests regarding facility cleanliness or support.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials responsibly and in accordance with training and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks and prolonged periods of standing or movement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
