At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to manufacturing, and the development of existing and new process technologies.Responsibilities:
  • Manage workload to meet/exceed KPIs like yield, throughput, and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and develop new process technologies in manufacturing.
  • Implement permanent solutions for technical challenges.
  • Enhance manufacturing processes through research, design, testing, and modifications.
  • Optimize Overall Equipment Performance (OEE) using Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Investigate new process technologies for competitive advantages.
  • Prepare reports/presentations by analyzing trends and information.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Resolve quality and technical issues, maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate for product and process improvements within the team.
  • Update manufacturing procedures through the Change Plan process.
What your background should look like:
  • Engineering degree with minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Catheter assembly, laser processing, and automation expertise preferred.
  • Proficient in Equipment Introduction, Development, and Project Management.
  • Strong multitasking, lean manufacturing knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Minitab, SolidWorks/AutoCAD advantageous.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented with excellent communication and compliance knowledge.
