Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.· Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Product knowledge.· Good English skills/understanding.· Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly.YOUR ACTIVITIES:· Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.· Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.· Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl.
