This is a permanent, full-time role over 5 days a week, with no late nights, no Sundays or Bank Holidays. There is an excellent support team to help cater to a steady flow of customers. Touchstore is the dispensing system used. Excellent package available for the right candidate.What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for overseeing the billing management system from start to end. This includes management of various health schemes and nursing home payments etc.
- Management of various databases such a patient medication records, bills systems, health schemes etc
- Accounts management in adhering to account policies and procedures to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the company's monthly billing requirements.
- Working in partnership with various healthcare teams using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver a first class billing management experience.
- Responsible for the delivery of excellent customer relationship management.
- Responsible for smooth operation of patient and client record management system.
- Ability to work with multi dispensary teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Be accurate with excellent attention to detail and be very organised.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on carefully, methodically and accurately.
- Be flexible in approach to work while been conscientious, motivate and willing to learn.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and have the ability to multitask.
- Proven track record working as a qualified Pharmacy Technician Accounts Administrator in a busy dispensary and fully competent in delivery of all aspects of the dispensary model.
- Touchstore experience is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years experience.
