The principal activities are the distribution and supply of laboratory and analytical instruments.Territory: Connacht / Midlands (Ireland)Your work would include:
- Install and commission laboratory equipment at customer sites
- Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and customer support
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain clear communication to ensure issue resolution and follow-up
- Deliver end-user training when required
- Complete service reports and calibration certificates in a timely manner
- Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations and company quality standards
