Production Operator

• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines..
• Perform assembly, fabrication, and/or testing of production units.
• Monitor and record production data, including measurements, observations, and any deviations from expected results.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process-related issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering team and provide feedback on product performance, process improvements, and potential issues.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Participate in safety programs and promote a culture of safety by following all safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of scientific and technical principles relevant to the industry is desirable.
• Proficiency in following detailed instructions and accurately documenting data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities or project requirements.
• Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
